HTML Block Replacer

Description:
To use this program, HTML must be developed with commented blocks (start & end). Template files will need to be created, which will be common HTML code used by HTML web pages. This program will replace specified HTML blocks with specified template file containing HTML in files specified.

• Create batch routines for grouping blocks with template files
