Sigma Pi Alumni Due & Bills

Description:
Web based database for storing financial obligations to the fraternity for each fraternity brother. Users can view this information in tabular form with filtering and sorting capabilities. An administrative tool allows record editing for bills, dues and lifetime alumni status. This program uses the same database used by the Alumni Database.

Status and Recent Upgrades:

• 06/02/2003 - Made font red for unpaid bills, added unpaid bills filter
• 04/26/2003 - New version published

Open Issues and Problems:

• Add a line for totals on summary function
• More streamlining of code needed
• Create output page for a printable list
• Data validation and reformatting needed
• E-mail disputed claims function
• Import utility to work with an exported Quickin file
