Sigma Pi Alumni Database

Description:
Web based database for storing information for each fraternity brother. Users can update their information over the internet that will be e-mailed to a specified record manager. This program has multiple viewing capabilities and other functionality also. Adminstrative tools allow for records to be added, edited and deleted.

Status and Recent Upgrades:

• 09/01/2008 - Added children field to database
• 06/02/2003 - Added pledge class as required item, fixed delete function for PC file
• 05/18/2003 - Fixed change indicator for e-mail updates function
• 04/28/2003 - Added link for PC version of program for testing purposes
• 04/26/2003 - New version published

Open Issues and Problems:

• More streamlining of code needed
• Create output page for a printable list
• Data validation and reformatting needed
